Located in one of the world’s most stunning natural coastlines and blessed with picturesque natural views, Khorfakkan is one of the most attractive cities in the Eastern region. And now Khorfakkan Beach is about to become way more amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By 2022, the beach will expand from a 1.5-km stretch of beach to 2.5 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has announced the launch of the Khorfakkan Beach expansion project, the first-of-its-kind inclusive beach destination in Sharjah\u2019s Eastern region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once completed, the beach will be jam-packed with nearly every fun activity you can think of! Whether you’re a kid, a ravenous teen, or a buff grandad, there\u2019s something for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanna eat? Get ready to feast with eight food trucks and four kiosks, 15 trade units that include restaurants, caf\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How bout getting swole or throwing a few hoops?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Khorfakkan Beach will have a fully equipped gym, football, and basketball courts, multipurpose sports courts, showers, bathrooms, and changing rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set for completion by the end of 2022, the project aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to supercharge Sharjah\u2019s tourism appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
