And it\u2019s lurking somewhere in the Middle East!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A heist straight out of a movie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Last seen in 1997, the car was stolen from a secure airport hanger in Florida. And until now, no one had a clue about its whereabouts. However, an anonymous authenticator from the Art Recovery International group recently unearthed it and confirmed that it is the real deal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The vehicle, which is estimated to be worth around \u00a318.5million, is said to have been found somewhere in the Middle East<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/OtAfNmK9m2\">https:\/\/t.co\/OtAfNmK9m2<\/a><\/p>&mdash; NME (@NME) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NME\/status\/1478123168879501317?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 3, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wait. Is it really a Bond car?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You bet it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First off, Art Recovery International has confirmed that the Aston Martin is the original car and not one of two replicas built for publicity and stunts. And it\u2019s actually a Bond car with all the unique gadgetry you would expect! <br>Oh, and it\u2019s worth roughly US$25 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So where is it and who is the evil mastermind?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlybgetq2uip.i.optimole.com\/tf1vXHs-7F0LlhJT\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:auto\/https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/buzzzing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dr-evil.gif?w=1080&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5793\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s not get the Walther PPKs out just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art Recovery International believes that the current possessor didn\u2019t know that the car was stolen when they acquired it. Christopher Marinello, chief executive of Art Recovery International, wants them to come forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m hopeful that the possessor will come forward voluntarily before I have to make an announcement,\u201d Marinello told the press. \u201cIt\u2019s my policy to give possessors of stolen and looted objects every opportunity to do the right thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t believe the current possessor knew the car was stolen when he or she acquired it.
